A few days ago, I deployed a set of FastDFS file system for the company. I inquired that FastDFS is a file system similar to minIO, but minIO is still a little more powerful. Let's write it down first. Although many of them have turned to more powerful minIO at this stage, there are still scenes to be covered. No more nonsense, just go to the operation steps.
1. Deploy tracker service
docker run -itd --network=host --name tracker -v /storage/FastDFS/tracker:/var/fdfs -v /storage/FastDFS/conf/tracker.conf:/etc/fdfs/tracker.conf:ro delron/fastdfs tracker
The host network mode is adopted here. Before running, you must check whether there is a port conflict. Of course, you can also modify the port. The port configuration is in my mapped tracker In the conf configuration, modify the port after the port = field. I modify it here to port 19999.
tracker.conf configuration is as follows:
# is this config file disabled # false for enabled # true for disabled disabled=false # bind an address of this host # empty for bind all addresses of this host bind_addr= # the tracker server port port=19999 # connect timeout in seconds # default value is 30s connect_timeout=30 # network timeout in seconds # default value is 30s network_timeout=60 # the base path to store data and log files base_path=/var/fdfs # 2. Deploy storage service
docker run -itd --network=host --name storage -e TRACKER_SERVER=127.0.0.1:19999 -v /storage/FastDFS/storage:/var/fdfs -v /storage/FastDFS/nginx/conf:/usr/local/nginx/conf -e GROUP_NAME=group1 delron/fastdfs storage
be careful ⚠️: The IP address here needs to be changed to the IP address of your host, and the port is the port you just set. Then, in order to make it more convenient to modify the nginx port, we mapped out the nginx configuration file. I put the nginx configuration file on Gitee and can download it if necessary. Of course, you can also run the docker first, then copy the configuration and restart it.
3. Question
Question one
If startup and restart fail, you can delete FDFS in / var/fdfs/storage/data directory_ storaged. pid file, and then run storage again. Note that this pid file is very important!!
Question two
tail: cannot open '/var/fdfs/logs/storaged.log 'for reading: no such file or directory. If an error is reported, you can manually create a stored directory in the mapped directory Log file. Of course, you need to check the first problem first. If there is no pid suffix file, create the log file manually.
4. Testing
The deployment has been basically completed here. Because FastDFS does not have the same UI interface as miniIO, we can only test whether it is feasible through the command line.
#First in storage container docker exec -it storage bash #Execute the upload picture command, here is test Png needs to be prepared by yourself. /usr/bin/fdfs_upload_file /etc/fdfs/client.conf test.png group1/M00/00/00/CgACD1z7SEuAXrIqAA1eBLGVLow043.png
Then access through url http://ip:8888/group1/M00/00/00/CgACD1z7SEuAXrIqAA1eBLGVLow043.png , you can view the picture
